BFA Senior Thesis "In Loving Memory" | Print, Brand Design
Throughout life, we at some point, will have to explore the difficulties of grief and losing someone we love. With that, we must also reflect on the memories we shared with the one we lost. We describe memories as the recollection of past experiences and information we hold on to.
In Loving Memory is a book that explores healthy alternatives for dealing with loss and the importance of the memories we have shared with those who have passed on. The book features a multitude of coping mechanisms and personal interviews with individuals about how they deal with grief.
Tools used: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Procreate.
Illustrations and concept art in the book are either hand drawn or from Freepik.
In Loving Memory was displayed to the public at the SUNY New Paltz 2024 Design Show and is featured on the Design Show 2024 Website.
